Standard Overnight Delivery

Timeline: 1-2 business days

Best for: Regular orders, planned inventory

All seafood products are shipped frozen with dry ice packaging to maintain optimal temperature during transport.

Express Same-Day (Local)

Timeline: Same day delivery within 50 miles of Newport Beach, CA

Best for: Urgent orders, last-minute needs

Available for orders placed before 10 AM PST. Additional fees apply.

Scheduled Delivery

Timeline: 2-5 business days

Best for: Large volume orders, cost-effective shipping

Schedule deliveries up to 30 days in advance. Perfect for restaurants and distributors with planned menus.

Every shipment includes:

Order Processing

Step 1: Order Confirmation

Orders received by 2 PM PST are processed the same day. You'll receive confirmation with tracking information.

Step 2: Quality Check & Packaging

Each order undergoes quality inspection before packaging in our temperature-controlled facility.

Step 3: Shipment & Tracking

Products ship with full tracking capability. You'll receive notifications at key delivery milestones.

Order weight and volume
Delivery distance from Newport Beach, CA
Shipping speed selected
Special handling requirements

Volume Discounts: Free shipping available for orders over $1,500 within California, $2,500 nationwide.

Delivery Requirements

Commercial Addresses Only

We deliver exclusively to commercial addresses (restaurants, distributors, food service operations). A business representative must be available to receive and immediately refrigerate/freeze products.

Signature Required

All deliveries require signature confirmation. If no one is available, products will be returned and additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

Special Handling

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Fresh caviar and certain specialty items may require expedited shipping and cannot be held for extended periods.

Custom Delivery Instructions
