By accessing and using Oceanbite Seafood services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Our services are exclusively for commercial and business customers. All sales are business-to-business transactions. We do not sell to individual consumers or for personal use.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update information. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms vary by customer agreement. New customers may require payment in advance or upon delivery. Established customers may qualify for net payment terms.
We ship products to commercial addresses only. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend immediate inspection and proper storage upon receipt.
We guarantee product quality at time of shipment. Claims for damaged or unsatisfactory products must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns are subject to restocking fees.
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Oceanbite Seafood and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Oceanbite Seafood operates under HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles and maintains compliance with FDA food safety regulations. All facilities undergo regular third-party audits.
All imported seafood products comply with U.S. Customs and FDA import requirements. We maintain proper documentation for all products including certificates of origin, health certificates, and inspection reports.
We maintain complete traceability records as required by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). All products can be traced from catch to delivery.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Any legal actions not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
